We are really pleased to bring you a report commissioned by Arts Council England (ACE), where we were asked to report on the extent to which independent booksellers in England met the objectives of the Arts Council’s Let’s Create strategy.   The resulting report, authored for us by Howard Davies, who many of you will remember as our Acting Head of Policy and Public Affairs when Laura McCormack was on maternity leave, is a massive testament to the cultural role and value of indies in England.
