Parcel Rates
FedEx
BA members are entitled to discounts on parcel rates from FedEx - cutting substantial amounts off the standard rates and saving booksellers money. Rates cards are available from the Membership Department.
If you would like to set up an account with FedEx, email

Parcel2Go
BA members have access to Parcel2Go VIP: a dedicated VIP helpline phone number and email address, to provide support with queries and tracking orders made via Parcel2Go.
If you have a live trading account with Gardners and are an independent bookseller based in the UK mainland, you can arrange a collection for returns to suppliers by using the Gardners third-party collection service. It is fully trackable and is charged at £5 + VAT per box for up to 20kg for a standard-sized carton (such as those used by Gardners themselves).
Please note that Gardners cannot be held responsible for the contents of the box as they are only facilitating the service.
If you would like to use the service, please email
3rdpartycollections@gardners.com
with the following details:
• Your Gardners account number
• The name and address of your bookshop
• The name and address of the recipient (supplier)
• Quantity of boxes
• Approximate weight per box, if known
• Your reference
Gardners aim to respond to you within four hours to confirm that the collection has been booked.
