COSTA BOOK AWARDS

Entries are now invited from publishers for the Costa Book Awards for 2008 with the deadline for submissions being the 25th June 2008. The Category shortlists will be announced in November 2008, with the Costa Award Winners announced early January 2009. The presentation ceremony will take place on Tuesday 27th January 2009 where the overall winner will be announced.

AL Kennedy was the winner of the 2007 Costa Book Award for Day

The Costa Book Award 2006 was awarded to Stef Penney for 'The Tenderness of Wolves'.
